where the majority of jobs in vermont boeing to jobs -- going to people outside of vermont. i worked in a resort town up until eight months ago. the construction worker from from canada, mass., and international students. >> i do not know the answer. they're working in the connecticut and that's what happens. you get a job and they bring in their own people. this is an issue that concerned me. immigration in this country is an issue that needs to be discussed in a very serious way. we had programs called guest worker programs. do you know what those are? if the company says we need a certain type of employee and we cannot talk -- cannot find that type of employee in the u.s., and we'd go to russia or someplace else or engineers or scientists. resorts use that for a variety of reasons. he will be shocked to know that some years ago from a year in the state of vermont, apparently we do not have people who can ski instructors. did you know that? we have no one here who knows anything about skis. therefore, correct me if i'm wrong, but we bring in people from all over the world
